Unlike several competitors in the industry, our warranty isn't pro-rated, guaranteeing complete protection for the entire duration of the product's service life. Limited Product Warranty
Tycoon Filters products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and factory workmanship under normal use and service conditions (Warrantable Failure). If a product is found to have a Warrantable Failure, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective product, replace it, or refund the purchase price. Additionally, if our product is determined to be the primary cause of damage to the engine or related components, we will cover reasonable repair or replacement costs, whichever is less. This limited warranty is applicable to all original purchasers and is transferable to subsequent owners.
Warranty Period:
This Limited Warranty extends from the date of installation of our product through the duration of (i) 12 months from the date of installation or (ii) 500 hours of operation, whichever comes first. Non-serviceable parts shall be covered at the OEM warranty period or one year, whichever is longer. Any repaired or replacement product is covered only for the unexpired portion of the warranty on the original product purchased. This warranty covers any defects in materials and factory workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
Limitations:
Tycoon Filters is not liable for reduced service life or failure resulting from abuse or neglect, including but not limited to improper service practices or change intervals, unintended applications, misuse, faulty installation or alteration, improper storage, accidents, or conditions outside our control, such as corrosion or contaminated fluid conditions. Tycoon Filters products are NOT covered under warranty if they have been cleaned or otherwise modified in any manner. Tycoon Filters is not responsible for downtime, loss of income, living expenses, cargo damage, or fines.

ALL OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER IMPLIED BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THOSE REGARDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TYCOON FILTERS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT CERTAIN STATES MAY NOT PERMIT RESTRICTIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND AS SUCH, THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY AFFORDS YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO BE ENTITLED TO ADDITIONAL RIGHTS THAT VARY BY STATE.
Claim Process:
All claims must be lodged within 60 days of the Warrantable Failure occurrence. Any alteration or modification to the product will nullify the warranty. Tycoon Filters retains the authority to reclaim any replaced product or component covered under warranty. Providing the filter in an “as used” condition will improve the ability to properly process the claim.
